Better Schools, A Better Jamaica a vision of the JTA Co-op Credit Union to shine

2018 saw the inauguration of the Better Schools… Better Jamaica programme by the JTA Co-op Credit Union Ltd. Under this programme schools across the island were invited to submit proposals for projects at their school that can contribute significantly to the development of education. Two schools emerged as winners in this, the first year of the programme. They are Old Harbour Primary the first place winner and Glengoffe High second place winner. Both Schools are seeking to make an impact in the very important area of literacy. The projects from both schools are set to be completed by the end of the year and ready to enhance the learning experience of all the students.

The JTA Co-op Credit Union plans to do this programme again next year, all schools are welcomed to apply.
