Huit Johnson
Board Director Serving Region 1 Kingston, St. Andrew & St. Catherine
A lifelong educator, Mr. Huit has served as Principal and Project Officer
in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). He holds a Bachelor’s
Degree and Diploma in Physical Education.
He chaired the National Sports Committee of the JTA (2007–2015), served
as Lieutenant Governor for Division 23 West (Eastern Canada and the Caribbean)
in 2019, and was Distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of Spanish Town in
2007.
He now serves as a Director on the Board of the JTA Co-op Credit Union.
We are a member owned financial organization that serves teachers and other workers in the education sector who are members of the Jamaica Teachers’ Association. Since our establishment we have worked hard to ensure that our members are able to ‘BE THEIR BEST’.
