Ray Howell
Director Serving at Large
Mr. Howell began his career at Grateful Hill Primary School (1972–1985)
before transitioning to Drews Avenue Primary. He also served as Principal of
Edith Dalton James High School, leaving a lasting institutional legacy.
A graduate of Mico Teachers’ College and the University of the West
Indies, he holds a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Business Administration, and
Master of Science Degree.
He was elected to the Board of Directors of the JTA Co-op Credit Union in
2004 and received the Prime Minister’s Medal of Appreciation for Services in
Education in 2013.
